Celebrate the rhythm of Cajun life at Festivals Acadiens in Lafayette, the heart of French Louisiana. Dance to a traditional Cajun waltz. Two-step to the upbeat rhythms of accordions, fiddles and ti fers (triangles). Step back in time as traditional crafters demonstrate their artistry. Festivals Acadiens pays tribute to the Cajun culture with a combination of FREE festivals. Held the second weekend in October!

Parking & Shuttle info:
Free parking Saturday and Sunday at Cajun Field. Shuttle is $1 per person to Girard Park. Elderly and handicapped parking is available on a first come basis at the parking lot next to Earl K. Long Gym on Girard Park Circle.
Absolutely no ice chests allowed on festival grounds. For safety purposes, barbecue pits, glass containers, bicycles, RV's, pet and skateboards are also not allowed.
